Megan O’Leary
With a diversified background in Sales and Marketing in Real Estate Development, Megan brings over 15 years of experience helping prospective Owners navigate the new construction world, finding their dream homes and investments. Specializing in pre-construction and newly built condominiums and townhomes, she has a kind, honest and fun approach combined with sharp, analytical attention to detail; a value set that has proven to be a great pairing for a time when you’re making one of the most important decisions of your life.
Megan has been involved in the planning, execution and completion of the sales and marketing programs for over 20 condominium and townhome developments throughout Victoria, Vancouver, and Toronto. She achieved her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria, then went on to study Digital Marketing Management at BCIT. She completed her Real Estate Trading Services License at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
Aside from Real Estate, Megan loves spending her spare time exploring Victoria’s beaches, parks, trails and neighbourhoods with her golden retriever, Watson.
